What is SATA?
The Subsonic Aerodynamic Testing Association (SATA) was formed in March 1965 to provide a world-wide organization for operators of low speed aerodynamic testing facilities. SATA is a world wide organization that started with facilities based in the USA, but has expanded world wide.

Who can attend the SATA 2025 Technical Meeting?
Current members of SATA, prospective members of SATA, and anyone involved or interested in learning more about the subsonic wind tunnel community.
Will there be wi-fi access?
Yes, the hotel offers general public wifi at the meeting location in addition to wifi in the guest rooms.

What is included in the technical meeting registration fee?
Access to the technical meeting, technical tours, daily lunch, reception on Sunday evening, group dinner on Monday, and a dinner banquet on Thursday.
Is there a dress code for the banquet?
Nope! Wear what you’re comfortable with.
Where can I find a schedule/agenda for the technical meeting?
Schedules for the presentations and associated meeting events will be posted on this site and updated. In addition, a printed schedule will be available at the meeting.
What forms of payment are accepted?
All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. Apple Pay and Afterpay may also be used.
Is parking available at the SATA 2025 venue?
Hyatt Place San Jose/Downtown offers guest parking for $40/night with the caveat parking spaces are limited at the hotel lot. Overflow parking is available at parking garages within 1 block of the hotel.
Will there be social or networking events?
A Sunday night reception, organized Monday group dinner, and Thursday banquet offer good social and networking opportunities for attendees. In addition, there will be 30 minute breaks in between presentation blocks, giving participants the chance to grab provided refreshments and converse with other SATA 2025 goers.
